New Rocky Bowl Format Announced (Joke, just in case you didn't get it)

Hello Rocky Bowlers --

We hope you are enjoying the NCAA College football season and new College Football Playoff system.  The commissioners have been inspired by this evolution of college football competition, so we have decided to apply the format and system to the Rocky Bowl.

Here is how it will work:

1) You will select the winners of all 38 Bowl Games (Yes, 38, that is not a typo) and apply your confidence factor as always.
2) The games will start as per usual and you will start earning points.
3) The Bobbi Breeze will be awarded to the leader after the games on December 27.
4) The Rocky Bowl party is now cancelled and replaced with all day "Committee" deliberation meeting on Saturday December 27.  In this meeting "The Committee" (fka, "The Commissioners") will gather at place to be determined.  It will be a place with a lot of food, even more alcohol, plenty of cigars and no internet or communications at all.  Don't worry, we will post pictures to the internet later of us debating and enjoying our food and drink funded by your entry fee.
5) The committee will emerge with 4 players selected from the field of usually 100 or so.  We will take into account your point total, but the goal will be to select the 4 entries that have the sexiest looking brackets and that best represent the spirit of the Rocky Bowl.
6) No other guidelines will be published to help you determine how we will judge your entry.  Don't worry, your creativity will be rewarded.  Or not!
7) These 4 teams will be allowed to continue earning points until the 38 Bowl games have concluded.
8) Somehow we will use the Championship Playoff game to determine the overall champion. To be determined later.
9) The remainder of the entries will compete for the remaining 5th-7th place prize money per the normal rules.

We'd ask you how you like it, but it wouldn't matter.  We are sure that since it is off to such a great start for the NCAA, it's sure to be accepted everywhere in competition.But, you are free to post your useless opinions and jabs and barbs of "The Committee" to this blog.
